Reports will appear in the sidebar at the left of the Analytics dashboard. All reports fall under one of four categories: General, A/B Tests, Lifecycle Campaigns, or Messages. (Some categories may not show if, for example, you don't have any messages yet.)
You can use Leanplum's filters, metrics, and other features to create and save additional reports. See Create a report and Intro to Analytics for more.
Bookmark custom reports
Leanplum allows you to easily bookmark any custom report you've created so that you do not have to manually re-enter filters each time you want to view the same report.
- In the Sidebar, find the current (highlighted) report.
- Click on the bookmark icon at the end of the report's name. The icon will fill in, which means the report has been bookmarked.
- You can now switch between reports or close the dashboard. The report will always appear in the same section of the sidebar.
Finding reports (search)
Reports bookmarked in the General section will always show up in the Analytics sidebar (sorted alphabetically).
Reports in the other sections (A/B Tests, Lifecycle Campaigns, Messages) will show up in order of status, with Active (green dot) reports showing up first, then Inactive, Running, and Finished reports.
If you can't find a report you are looking for, you can search for reports using the search bar at the top of the Analytics sidebar.
Note: If you have over 100 reports in a section (Messages, A/B tests, etc.), not all of your reports will show in the sidebar, but you can search any report by name to find it.
You can rename the report by clicking on the title and entering a new one. Be sure to make your titles as descriptive as possible.
