How-to reduce shopping cart abandonment

STEP 1: Name the message (Ex. “Push - Shopping cart abandonment”)

STEP 2: Choose Message type - “Push Notification”

STEP 3: Choose Targets - “All Users”

STEP 4: Choose Delivery - “Triggered”

STEP 5: Choose trigger - “User triggers event”

STEP 6: Enter in the event to trigger the message (Ex. “Add to Cart”)

STEP 7: Set the delay - “1 day” at optimal time

STEP 8: Set the exclusion - “Unless user triggers event” (Ex. “Checkout”)

STEP 9: Customize the message

STEP 10: Select “Start” in the top right corner to set the message live
