Why my Audience estimation shows 0 users?


There could be several reasons why the Audience Estimator does not show any users. Follow the steps below to identify what causes this:

  1. Click on Explore Users and check if it loads the audience.
    1. If it does, then the user data was recently imported or changed and the Estimator may have not yet picked up the changes. For reference, check the related article.
    2. If no users are shown, double check your audience for any logical contradictions or typos.
