My onboarding campaign is not working. What is wrong?

A typical use case is to target your users with emails shortly after registration. This coincides with the new profile being created in Leanplum. If you are attempting to trigger the "Welcome" email at the exact time of registration it might happen that the email address is still not communicated to Leanplum, which will result in the campaign failing to deliver.
A good practice in this case is to introduce small delay between trigger and email sending, 2 minutes should be sufficient to have all profile data synced before the email is sent.
