Why there is no conversion tracked on my campaign?
There could be several reasons why conversion results are not shown in the campaign.
In general, in order for a conversion to be tracked, a user should trigger the Conversion event either between messages, or if they received all eligible messages - during the Attribution window.
- For conversions to be tracked make sure you have a Conversion event set in the campaign's configuration.
- If you have set a Conversion event, check your Attribution window configuration. If it's set to 0, and there is only one message in the campaign, this is expected behavior. What happens is that users enter the campaign, receive the message and then silently exit right after that. To tackle this, set an attribution window that is greater than 0.
